Friday One-Day Intensive Workshop registration entitles the participant to admission to the morning workshop, lunch, afternoon workshop, refreshment breaks, Friday book signing and Friday evening reception. An informal Friday evening dinner is available as an optional purchase.

12th Annual Conference registration entitles the participant to attendance at the Friday evening reception, all general and concurrent sessions on Saturday, Saturday lunch, refreshment breaks, all authors' book signings, and admission to the Saturday evening cocktail party with live music.

**Note: The Georgia Center has a dining room and a coffee shop to serve you. Because of the number of participants expected at the conference, you are encouraged to prepay for the optional meals to assure timely service and to avoid waiting in lines that might interfere with your conference schedule. 

Payment of Fees

Prepayment is required to be registered. The Georgia Center for Continuing Education accepts payments for registration by cash (on-site), check (payable to the University of Georgia), and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  Prepayment is accepted by check or credit card, or a copy of a purchase order.

MAIL or FAX: A Registration Form is available on-line in Adobe Acrobat format. You may complete it using your browser, save it to your computer, print it, and mail or fax to us, along with your check, credit card information, or a copy of a purchase order.

Program Cancellation Policies:

(1) We will gladly issue full refunds for cancellations made by 5 PM July 11, 2005. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Substitutions are encouraged. (2) If a program is canceled for any reason, the Georgia Center will not be responsible for any cancellation changes/charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
